What is MellowPause?

MellowPause claims to be a safe and natural herbal product.  Making claims of being non-addictive and being an overall support for the female health system with no side effects.  Rather than being taken in pill or tablet form, MellowPause is available in liquid form.

What is it used for?

Used primarily for balancing the female hormonal system, MellowPause is supposed to help with hot flashes and insomnia.  The two main ingredients in MellowPause are Black Cohosh and Pasque Flower.  Black Cohosh is especially widely known for helping with menopausal symptoms. 

MellowPause is typically used by putting 10 to 15 drops of it into ¼ cup of water and ingested three times a day.  Consumers can expect a bottle of MellowPause to last 25 to 30 days. 

Does it really work?

Customer testimonials on the website claim that MellowPause can help treat hot flashes, but I don’t find very much information regarding it being an effective treatment for any other symptoms.  This doesn’t necessarily mean that the product doesn’t treat other menopausal symptoms, but the testimonials aren’t showing as such. 

I was able to find some product information suggesting that MellowPause was effective in calming a menopausal woman’s mood. 

Overall, this product appears to be effective, inexpensive and safe, made of all natural herbs.  Also, the fact that it is not taken as an oral medication makes it an interesting alternative for menopausal women. 

My research is showing me that MellowPause has a rather high success rate.  I definitely think this product would be worth a try and the fact that it is in liquid form truly appeals to me and I think it would appeal to other women too.  We all take enough pill and supplements in our life, so it’s refreshing when we can do something different like this?
