There are many books on the market which can be extremely helpful when it comes to the questions you may have regarding menopause, however, there are some books which will be more helpful than others and have excellent ratings.
The first book is, “What Your Doctor May Not Tell You About Premenopause: Balance Your Hormones and Your Life From Thirty to Sixty” – By John R. Lee. This book provides common sense solutions as well as natural alternatives to relieving symptoms of menopause. It also includes dosing instructions for using natural progesterone cream. Other things the book talks about is herbs, diet and exercise.
The second book is, “Could It Be…Perimenopause?: How Women 35-50 Can Overcome Forgetfulness, Mood Swings, Insomnia, Weight Gain, Sexual Dysfunction & Other Tell-Tale Signs of Hormonal Imbalance” – By Steven R. Goldstein and Laurie Ashner. This book has comprehensive answers to questions which women may have regarding the changes that happen before menopause begins. It also includes information about how to avoid hysterectomy, how to use birth control pills for perimenopausal symptoms as well as other valuable information.
The third book is, “Hormone of Desire: Truth About Testosterone, Sexuality & Menopause” – by Susan Rako. This book outlines information regarding women who experience loss of sexual desire during menopause, as well as extensive information about testosterone, estrogen and progesterone.
The fourth book I’d like to talk about is, “The Menopause Diet: Lose Weight and Boost Your Energy” – By Larrian Gillespie . This book provides information for reasons as to why women gain weight during menopause and insight as to how they can lose weight long term while maintaining hormonal balance.
Finally, the last book I’ll talk about is, “The Estrogen Alternative: Natural Hormone Therapy With Botanical Progesterone” – By Raquel Martin and D.C., and Judi Gerstung. This book talks about how this natural hormone can effectively replace some pharmaceutical treatments typically prescribed by a doctor.
