Believe it or not, simply keeping track of your life through lists and reminders can make a huge difference in the amount of stress you experience. Preparation for as much of your life as you can manage in advance (without adding too much to your plate) can make a difference.
Some women treat themselves to acupuncture or a weekly massage. These types of treatments can help with circulation and muscle relaxation.
Supplements can also be a natural alternative to hormone replacement therapy.

Relaxation is very important, so we need to make sure we’re getting some alone and relaxation time for ourselves. Getting up just 15 minutes earlier can help your day go better. It’s also important that we get a good night’s rest. One of the second most biggest complaints during early menopause is insomnia or chronic fatigue. It’s hard to act or feel normal or happy if we are completely run down and exhausted.
All of these things run in conjunction with each other. What it comes down to is that we need to take good care of ourselves always. Sometimes we have to experience negative symptoms before it makes us stop and re-evaluate how we’re treating ourselves, so it’s really important that we follow a health living style always and not just when things get rough. It’s important so that we make it through and well past menopause. That way, we can enjoy life without periods, stomach cramps, headaches, vaginal dryness and all those other annoying parts of life.
