Why haven't I had a period in a year?

I am 23yrs old. I began having hot flashes about 7 months ago. I've gained a 100 pounds in 1 year. I am extremely moody and fatigued. I also have no sex drive. Could I be going through menopause? Please help!!! Thank you.

You are too young to begin menopause. Seek some answers from your doctor. The average age for most women to begin menopause is around 50-51 years old. Excessive weight gain or weight loss tends to throw off your period, but a whole year-- It's time to see the doctor.
