What does menopause feel like?

Hot flashes, headaches, moodiness....
It depends on the woman. Some experience more intense symptoms than others. Typical symptoms include night sweats and hot flashes but they vary from woman to woman. Some have a really hard time going through menopause but most find these symptoms to be more of a nuisance than anything else. My mother said her only symptom was that she simply stopped having periods.
