See a doctor. If he cannot help you, ask him if he can make you an appointment with the proper doctor for your situation.

For now, don't put any tension there. No tight ponytails, no vigorous brushing, no harsh chemicals, that will make it worse. Make sure you get plenty of high-quality, low-fat protein in your diet, water and reduce your stress through meditation, reading, stretching. Give yourself two to three minute scalp massages daily.

If your image is tied up in your hair, you can wear a wig until the hair grows back in. If wigs are not you, then just be gentle up there.

But most of all, please see your dermatologist.

the suggestion sounds really nasty

but if you really are worried and want results fast

than at least try this

put egg white in your hair for three to four hours than take shower with warm water

do this once a week

the results are guaranteed

unless your allergic to eggs

i have been through this and medications have allot of side effects

If it is an actual bald spot it may be alopecia areata which is an autoimmune condition. If the hair in the area is thinner, providing less scalp coverage but not an actual bald spot you may have androgenetic alopecia. Essential oils work very well to stimulate new growth and keep hair healthy. You can read more about how I used essential oils for my own hair loss condition and also learn more about the types and causes of female hair loss at the links below.

If the spot are totally hairless, then it might be due to Alopecia Areata. Its an autoimmune disease that causes hair follicles to become inactive. You can read more about it in www.alopeciaareata-treatment.com.

My bro had this problem and managed to find a website called www.alopecia-areata-cure.com and managed to recover. You might want to view the images to compare. Wish you a quick recovery
