Menopause or Depression?

Im 47years old im feeling like im going crazy. Yesterday i felt good with energy today. I feel like weak like i cant even take a step ..i feel anxious anxiety. I have tears then happy then sad ugly feeling . i don't know if this is my menopause or suffering from depression cause i used to have it a 10 of months ago. I cant not get to relax no sleep. Im trying but no luck. please help!!
